  • Both his parents wanted him to be a bureaucrat. However, he had already made up his mind to become a football player.
  • He was raised in a family of soccer lovers in Thoubal, Manipur.
  • It was his father who introduced him to the sport as he had been working as a coach at the time.
  • At the age of 11, Jeakson was sent off to enroll at the Chandigarh Football Academy where he trained from 2012 to 2016. Later, that year, he joined the Minerva Punjab Academy and played for their youth team.
  • He signed with the Kerala Blasters Football Club in October 2018. However, at the time, he was put on reserve and was once again loaned to the Indian Arrows.
  • Jeakson made his debut for the Kerala Blasters on October 20, 2019, against ATK. This made him the second-youngest player in the team to do so, the first being Dheeraj Singh.
  • He played for the Indian national team in the under-17 national team in the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup India which was captained by his cousin Amarjit.
