He has since then coached a number of teams including; Birmingham Bullets, Manchester Giants, London Towers, Telindus Oostende, Oklahoma Storm, Iowa Energy, Iowa State Cyclone, and Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
Most recently, the 55-year-old served as the head coach of the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
He departed the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in July 2013 for an assistant job on the coaching staff of the Toronto Raptors under, Dwane Casey
